Please find enclosed the EAPN Ireland Submission to the 10 Year Adult Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital Literacy Strategy for Ireland. We are calling on the Government to put in place the necessary services and supports that will recognise and respond to the link between literacy and numeracy issues and poverty.
